Former Worcestershire player and Derbyshire seamer Brown last played for England in four Twenty20 Internationals in 2019.
Chohan, the first South Asian Cricket Academy alumnus to be picked for an England team, will play a restricted part on the South Africa tour due to Big Bash League obligations.
